Manananggal Spotted in Bacolod City

Hi guys! I want your opinion about this pic. This picture was taken last week in Mambukal Resort, Bacolod City by the younger brother of the friend of my older brother. They believe that the unidentified flying object in the picture is a “Manananggal”. Do you believe in that guys? It looks like a bat with white body. But when you try to zoom it, you can see its body is like a half-human body. I am not sure if this picture is real or is just edited by adobe photoshop.

What do you think? Real or Fake? If this picture is real, what creature could this be?

UPDATE: This pic was not really taken last week. It was taken last May 21, 2006. Maybe the friend of my brother lied that this was taken last week in Mambukal, Bacolod City.
