Exchange Links with my PR2 to PR3 Blogs

I felt so sad about the changes of Google PRs in my blogs. My secret blog is still PR4 but then, it’s penalized and no more visitors coming from search engines. My PR3 blogs decreased to PR2 and PR1. My donaldserrano.com PR decreased from PR3 to PR2 but the donaldserrano.com/donser increased from PR2 to PR3. Tsk tsk. I don’t understand why is this happening.
